The excellent charity Paul Sartori Home At Home have won the Charity Award thanks to Puzzle Digest reader Michael Ralph.

The Pembrokeshire based charity specifically provides services to people living in the final stages of life-limiting illnesses. They are Pembrokeshire’s only Hospice at Home Service.

Pembrokeshire native and Puzzle Digest reader Michael Ralph nominated the charity.

Consequently founded in memory of namesake Father Paul Sartori the charity offers:

• Free specialised, supportive care and advice for those with a life-limiting illness

• Home-based care services

• A support network to patients family and friends

• A 24/7 on-call service available 365 days of the year
