Puzzle Digest – Subscriber Terms & Conditions

 

These Terms & Conditions form the agreement between Puzzle Digest Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) and the person named on the subscription account (“you”, “your”).

1. Eligibility

Puzzle Digest subscriptions are available to UK residents aged 18 or over who are legally capable of entering into a binding contract. Subscription is void where prohibited by law.

​

2. Trial Offer

If you have signed up via a trial offer, you will receive one trial issue at the advertised trial price. You may cancel at any time during the trial period. If you cancel within this period, no further issues will be sent and no further payments will be taken.

​​

3. Subscription & Automatic Renewal

After your trial issue, your subscription will automatically continue on a monthly basis at the advertised subscription price, unless you cancel.

Payments will be taken automatically using the payment method you authorised when signing up.

​

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

To avoid being charged for the next issue, cancellation must be received before your next billing date.

 

Once cancelled:​

​

  • No further payments will be taken

  • You will no longer be eligible to enter competitions or prize draws

  • Any entries accrued for the current month or calendar year will be void

​​

There are no cancellation fees.

​

5. Payments

Your subscription fee will be collected automatically each month as authorised by you.

​

If a payment fails:

​

  • We may attempt to collect payment again over a reasonable period

  • We may contact you to arrange an alternative payment method

  • We may suspend or cancel your subscription if payment remains outstanding

​​

If payment is not received within 45 days, we reserve the right to terminate your subscription. We may use trusted third-party providers to process payments securely.

​

6. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any changes will be communicated to you at least 30 days in advance and will apply from your next renewal date.

​

7. Delivery

We aim to deliver your magazine promptly, however we are not liable for delays caused by postal services or circumstances outside our control.

​

8. Returns & Refunds

Subscription payments are non-refundable once an issue has been dispatched.

​

However, you may request a refund if:

​

  • The magazine is returned within 28 days of dispatch, and

  • It is in its original condition and packaging

​​

After 28 days, no refunds will be issued.

​

9. Subscription Status

You are considered an Active Subscriber once your subscription is successfully set up and while your payments remain up to date.

​

10. Competitions & Prizes

To enter competitions, prize draws and claim prizes, you must:

​

  • Be an Active Subscriber

  • Be up to date with payments

  • Follow the instructions for each competition

​

Winners will be notified by phone, email, or post. We reserve the right to amend or substitute prizes where necessary.

​

11. Publicity

By entering competitions or accepting prizes, you agree that we may use your name and county for promotional purposes.

If you provide a photograph (optional), this may also be used for publicity. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

12. Additional Offers

Subscribers may receive access to exclusive offers or promotions from time to time. These may be subject to separate terms.

​

13. Data Protection

Your personal data will be used to administer your subscription and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By subscribing, you consent to this use of your data.

​

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always apply to your subscription.

​

15. Liability

We are not liable for:

​

  • Postal delays

  • Indirect or consequential losses arising from your subscription

​

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and both parties submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
